This is the biz, It's my favorite mod I've used, because I like to look at my character as a hunter. This file compiles fixes from Cloaks and Capes fixes and Cloaks and Capes Distribution Patch, as well adding some of my own small adjustments and fixes. However, it does have a few issues that need addressing. Number 1 rule, Don't be a jerk! We are here to help each other so everyone can enjoy modding Skyrim. Cloaks of skyrim (disabled the esp if you use ccor, its built in) + illustrous HDT (use ccor version if you have ccor) to give hdt physics to CoS cloaks. Cloaks and Capes is an amazing cloak mod. It isn't just industry standard, it is TES standard at this point, at least among the modding community. This is so that this mod is compatible with Prometheus' excellent Imperial Capes mods. Ive been using said mod pobably since its release, and its worked out fine. And yet, capes and cloaks with physics remains one of the most popular Skyrim mods of all time, and virtually every modern title includes these by default. Cloaks - No Imperial - Cloaks are craftable and distributed throughout the levelled lists, but not amongst Imperial NPCs.

I have extracted the zip file in skyrim data folder, and have put only 1 out of. They dont appear to have texture on crafting menu or on my character. The capes appear in game, I can craft them/equip them but they are invisible.

On Warm Sands has a Muffle effect on it, and can be found near the end of Lost Knife Hideout, near the arena where you fight the bandit leader. I do not think they are "unique" per se, but they do seem to be much rarer than other cloaks. They are brown and gold, with the same design seen on the tapestries/flags found in some parts of the ruins. Dwemer cloaks can be found somewhat rarely in the various Dwemer ruins.
Like the Ashlander capes, it's just a description. No enchantment shows up in the Active Effects menu. Mossy Wrap does not have an enchantment on it.
